MULTI HYDRAULIC STEEL/IRONWORKER
Multi Series of Hydraulic steel/ironworker
We have different Model between 60tons and 175tons in MULTI series of Steel/Ironworker, 5 workstations(Hole punch,shape iron angle iron, thick plate cutting, round steel, square steel and corner cutting stations) and double hydraulic stations are standard configuration in the machine, two sides(punch and cut) can work together, machine can work immediately without leveling.
MULTI Steel/Ironworker is machined by machining center to ensure the good mechanical accuracy, assembly according to European assembly-ine mode, and tested by European related standards, widely sold in Europe and USA markets.
These universal machines are supplied with standard tooling including repetition support tables at punch, shear and notch stations and with easily adjusted holddowns at all five work stations to safely control the operations.
Comprehensive safety guards are fitted as standard on all work stations. Free standing on a suitable floor, they just require electrical connection to be ready for work.
two Shielded foot controls
For two operator utilisation, the hydraulic system is activated by two shielded foot controls, one operating the punch end cylinder, the other operating the shear end cylinder. The shear cylinder provides the power to the three shearing and the notch station.
the system and switch
The system gives accurate power inching at all five work stations and allows the machine to be stopped at any position giving safe and accurate tool setting and work positioning.
Limit switches at both ends of the machine control stroke length at all stations. Centralised lubrication is metered by one-shot system, being only one feature of the low maintenance requirement.
An optional "Production Pack" is available to enchance the machine specification, this includes:1 low volt halogen lamp on a movable magnetic base, 1.0m long touch and cut ruled length stop, fine adjustment facility to the punch stroke and measuring scales in the notch table.
On the cutting station, angle iron can be cut on every angle from 45º up to 90º, both internal and external, without any adaptations to the machine.Flanges from larger angle-iron can be mitre cut with the shear. Moreover, the machines are equipped with centralised pressure lubrication being one feature of the low maintenance requirements.
Extensive range of standard equipment
The universal steelworkers are delivered with and extensive range of standard equipment, such as large heavy-duty tables on the punch-, shear-, and notching station. Easy adjustable holddowns to enable production in a safe and accurate way are fitted on every station. Free standing on suitable floor, they just need electrical connection to be ready to work.
