• Achieve flawless R angles without the need for open angle welding. Simply pre-bend the R angle sides to 90 degrees on a bending machine, then let our machine roll, form, and precisely cut excess edge material automatically.
• Our die options include bending lower dies, forming roller upper dies, and forming lower dies. The bending die functions like a standard one, adapting to plate thickness. The forming roller's upper die caters to the required R angle, while the forming lower die is precisely calibrated by subtracting the plate thickness from the roller's R angle, offering four distinct R angles in one lower die.
• When forming R angles remain constant but plate thickness varies, there's no need to swap forming roller upper and lower dies. Simply adjust the gap between them for optimal results.
