• Revolutionize your forming process: achieve the perfect R angle without the need for open angle welding. Simply pre-bend the two sides of the R angle to 90 degrees on a bending machine. Our machine then takes over, rolling and forming the entire piece while automatically trimming excess edge material for a flawless finish.
• Our die collection is meticulously categorized into bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die mirrors a conventional bending die, varying with plate thickness. The forming roller upper die is tailored to the specific R angle, while the forming lower die is calculated by subtracting the plate thickness from the R angle of the roller's upper die. Ingeniously, a single lower die can accommodate four distinct R angles.
