• Our advanced servo motor paired with a ball screw expertly adjusts the roller, ensuring precise tool gaps tailored to the plate's thickness, guaranteeing impeccable results every time.
• Each corner is uniquely adaptable, identifying and customizing the inner radius in alignment with the plate thickness, ensuring precision in every detail.
• Achieve flawless R-angle formation without the need for open-angle welding. Simply pre-bend both sides of the R-angle to 90 degrees using a bending machine, then seamlessly roll and form the entire piece, automatically trimming any excess edge material for a perfect finish.
• Our die configuration is comprehensive, featuring a bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die functions like a standard one, varying with plate thickness. The forming roller upper die aligns with the desired R-angle, while the forming lower die is calibrated by subtracting the plate thickness from the upper die's R-angle. Each lower die accommodates four distinct R-angles, offering unrivaled versatility.
• Uniform R-angle formation is achievable without die replacement, regardless of varying plate thicknesses. Simply adjust the gap between the forming roller upper die and the forming lower die to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.
