Product Description

1.This machine combines a dry-type sanding belt with a universal roller brush. It is primarily used for deburring and chamfering, processing the edges and holes of workpieces.
2.The entire machine is welded and undergoes stress relief treatment after gantry milling. The platform is machined by a gantry machine tool, achieving a flatness tolerance of less than 0.02mm, ensuring high precision.
3.The sanding belt motor allows real-time synchronization between sanding belt speed and feed speed, preventing burning of thin workpieces and enabling true cold grinding. Its high power ensures smoother product processing.
4.The platform lift uses a servo motor for closed-loop control with fast response and high accuracy. In contrast, stepper motors provide open-loop control with slower response and lower precision, which is less effective for thin plate processing. Positioning accuracy reaches 0.01mm.
