• With our sophisticated system, forming the R angle is a seamless process that eliminates the need for open angle welding. Simply pre-bend the R angle's sides to 90 degrees using a bending machine, then allow our machine to expertly roll and form the entire piece, automatically trimming excess material for a pristine finish.
• Our comprehensive die selection includes bending lower dies, forming roller upper dies, and forming lower dies. The bending die mirrors standard bending dies, adapting to plate thickness. The forming roller's upper die aligns with the desired R angle, while the forming lower die is calibrated based on the R angle and plate thickness. Each lower die offers four distinct R angles, providing extensive versatility.
• Even when the forming R angle remains unchanged but plate thickness varies, there's no need for die replacement. Simply adjust the gap between the forming roller upper die and the forming lower die, maintaining seamless production flow.
