• Transform your metal forming with our unique R angle process that eliminates the need for open angle welding. Simply pre-bend the sides by 90 degrees on a bending machine, then let our machine roll and form the R angle while automatically trimming any excess edge material.
• Our comprehensive die system includes bending lower dies, forming roller upper dies, and forming lower dies. The bending die remains standard, determined by plate thickness, while the forming roller upper die is contingent on the desired R angle. The forming lower die is expertly calibrated based on the upper die's R angle minus the plate thickness, offering four distinct R angles for versatile application.
• When dealing with varying plate thicknesses with the same R angle, there's no need to switch out forming roller upper or lower dies. Simply adjust the gap between them for seamless operation and efficiency.
