• Say goodbye to cumbersome open angle welding! Simply pre-bend the R angle's sides by 90 degrees on a bending machine. Our machine then effortlessly rolls and forms the entire piece, automatically trimming excess material for flawless results.
• Our diverse die types include the bending lower die, forming roller upper die, and forming lower die. The bending die mirrors traditional designs, adapting to plate thickness. The upper die of the forming roller customizes to the desired R angle. The forming lower die is meticulously calculated as the R angle of the upper die minus the plate's thickness, with each lower die offering four distinct R angles for versatility.
• Consistency meets flexibility: Maintain the same forming R angle with varying plate thicknesses by simply adjusting the gap between the forming roller upper die and forming lower die, without the need for replacements.
