The forming roller's upper die molds the desired R angle, while the forming lower die is crafted by subtracting the plate's thickness from the roller's upper die's R angle. Each lower die is versatile, offering four distinct R angles.
• Consistent forming R angles across different plate thicknesses mean no need to swap out forming roller upper dies or forming lower dies. Simply adjust the gap between the forming roller upper die and the forming lower die for optimal performance.
