• Our cutting-edge servo motor paired with a high-precision ball screw system expertly controls the roller, accurately adjusting the tool gap to match the plate thickness, delivering impeccable results every time.
• Ingeniously designed to recognize and accommodate varying inner corner radii, our machine adjusts effortlessly according to the plate's thickness, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Achieve the perfect R angle without the need for open angle welding. Simply pre-bend the sides of the R angle to 90 degrees on a bending machine, then let our machine work its magic, rolling and forming with precision while automatically trimming excess edge material.
• Our versatile die system includes a bending lower die, a forming roller upper die, and a forming lower die. The bending die functions like a standard one, adapting to the plate thickness. The forming roller upper die is tailored to the desired R angle, while the forming lower die is calculated by subtracting the plate thickness from the roller's R angle. Each lower die offers four distinct R angles for enhanced flexibility.
• When the forming R angle remains consistent despite varying plate thicknesses, there's no need to swap out the forming roller upper and lower dies. Simply adjust the gap between them for optimal performance.
