• Enjoy the innovation of forming R angles without the hassle of open angle welding. Simply pre-bend the R angle sides by 90 degrees using a bending machine, and allow our machine to roll, shape, and automatically trim the excess edge material, streamlining your production process.
• Our versatile die types include a bending lower die, a forming roller upper die, and a forming lower die. The bending die matches standard bending needs based on plate thickness, while the forming roller's upper die is tailored to the desired R angle. The forming lower die is calibrated by subtracting the plate thickness from the roller's upper die R angle, offering four distinct R angles for diverse applications.
• When maintaining a consistent forming R angle across varying plate thicknesses, there is no need to swap out the upper and lower forming dies. Simply fine-tune the gap between the forming roller upper die and the forming lower die for optimal results.
